MEDLAB is seeking Medical Laboratory Technicians who specialize in the areas of chemistry, hematology, cytotechnology, immunology, virology, blood banking or microbiology. Working under the supervision of a Medical Technologist or Physician, our MLTs perform tests on tissue, blood and body fluids to help physicians diagnose and treat disease while perfecting the skills that make them some of our most valuable employees.

Requirements
Our Medical Laboratory Technicians are required to have at least a high school degree or GED, completion of a medical laboratory tech program and at least one year of laboratory experience with a major in medical technology or one of the life sciences. We seek clinical laboratory personnel with good analytical judgment and the ability to work under pressure. Close attention to detail is also essential for laboratory personnel because small differences or changes in test substances or numerical readouts can be crucial to a diagnosis. Manual dexterity and normal color vision are highly desirable, and with the widespread use of automated laboratory equipment, computer skills are important.
