MISSOURI AND ILLINOIS
BioTech Laboratory, Inc. is MEDLAB’s presence in Missouri and has been servicing the metropolitan St. Louis area as well as Southern, Central and Metro-East Illinois healthcare industry since 1969. BioTech provides services for nursing facilities, physician offices, hospitals, corporate wellness, dialysis centers, toxicology and water testing.
BioTech’s main office is located in St. Louis, Missouri with satellite laboratories in Mt. Vernon and Springfield, Illinois. Patient service centers are located in Benton, Columbia, Collinsville and Peoria, Illinois. The laboratory conducts approximately 1.4 millions tests per year in St. Louis, Missouri, Mt. Vernon and Springfield, Illinois; working closely with their Phlebotomists to achieve a national certification.
The lab is CLIA certified in the specialties of Bacteriology, Parasitology, Syphilis Serology, General Immunology, Routine Chemistry, Urinalysis, Endocrinology, Toxicology, Hematology and Immunohematology. They also perform potable water bacteriological testing for municipalities, airlines and real estate agents and Drug of Abuse Urine testing for many different employers and unions.
